They are specialists within the residential and retirement sectors with extensive expertise on master planning and design coding. With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a talented Urban Designer to join their collaborative team in London. The successful Urban Designer will have several years of post:qualification experience after their masters degree in Urban design with proficiency in industry standard software and a proven track record of working on mixed use residential schemes. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Urban Designer: * Sufficient post qualification experience working in an Urban design/ Architectural practice * A masters degree in urban design is essential ideally with a background in Architecture * Proficient in the use of Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD and other industry standard software * Well versed in rendering/ visualisation packages * Boast creative design and graphic skills * Great communication skills with ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and clients * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Keen to continue own professional development and input to company growth * Strong portfolio to showcase experience * Experience working on residential and mixed use schemes * Assist with mentoring emergent team members * Work on masterplanning and urban design projects * Carry out feasibility studies, development briefs and detailed design guidance Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
