Are you an experienced Learning and Development Manager? A Civils Contractor is looking for an L and D Manager to start as soon as possible The ideal candidate will have experience in L and D at a Senior level within Construction and be able to provide new starters with adequate training and making placements across the company. This is a perm position based in Central London. Offering GBP45,000 : GBP55,000 Benefits: * Ability to grow and develop skills and experience within the company * Permanent opportunity * A friendly team * Senior position Responsibilities: * Implementing programmes * Creating training materials and helping with recruitment. * Implementing training programmes for the company and liasing with co:workers. * Liasing with stakeholders, the HR team, Sales teams and all other teams to discuss strategies for the company. * Assessing training needs through performance. The ideal candidate will have: * Have L and D experience * Worked in Construction and understands L and D duties. * The ability to deliver training programmes and enhance performance.
