The successful candidate will work from Monday to Wednesday, starting in November 2024. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a meaningful impact on young learners. Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities: * Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students in line with the National Curriculum and the schools values. * Collaborative Teaching: Work closely with your job share partner and other staff to ensure continuity and coherence in teaching and learning. * Student Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. * Community Involvement: Participate in school events and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment in alignment with the schools Catholic ethos. * Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Primary School Teacher Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a valid teaching qualification. * Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within Key Stage 2. * Commitment to Ethos: A strong commitment to the schools Catholic values and the ability to integrate them into your teaching practice. * Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents. * Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time and resources efficiently to deliver high:quality education within a part:time schedule.
