You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Required to undertake and manage direct resident carePlanning and evaluation of care needsTo undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislationDeputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs as required The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Post qualified experience acquired through professional training in a related environmentExcellent communication skillsInterpersonal skills are keyAble to show can-do attitude alwaysExperience in a similar role The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £47,424 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
