This leading company is expanding its technical sales team to provide quicker and easier access to product knowledge and solutions, facilitating a smoother transition to customer success. What will you be doing Providing pre-sales support to high-value accounts.Understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions.Conducting technical presentations and supporting sales opportunities.Setting up customer trials and proof of concepts.Assisting in designing technical presentations and training materials.Managing the onboarding process for resellers and end customers.Staying updated on technology trends to suggest competitive advantages. Are you the ideal candidate Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales team environment with customer-facing presentations.Experience within the Maritime Satellite Communications sector.Strong communication skills, presentable, confident, proactive, and articulate.Excellent all-around IT competency, including experience with Windows, Office, and Networking TCP/IP.Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
