Are you an experienced Manager in residential children's homes Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading providersThe Registered Manager includes running the Ofsted regulated children's home, managing a staff of highly trained residential children's staff, managing Ofsted compliance and highest possible delivery of quality care and support. We are looking for a motivational leader with excellent communication, organisation and care delivery experience.Are you an experienced Manager in residential children's homes Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading providersThe Registered Manager includes running the Ofsted regulated children's home, managing a staff of highly trained residential children's staff, managing Ofsted compliance and highest possible delivery of quality care and support. We are looking for a motivational leader with excellent communication, organisation and care delivery experience.This role is paying between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus extensive benefits package. To be considered for the Registered Manager role, you must have: Previous Registered Manager experience in an Ofsted regulated homeQCF Level 5 Leadership and ManagementStrong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding If you are looking for an exciting new role, apply here
