The home supports young people up to the age of 18 with traumatic backgrounds, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge.We are looking for a passionate, inspirational leader who can motivate a high performing staff team, create homely culture with empathy and support to deliver positive outcomes for the young people.The Registered Manager is a permanent full time post paying £50,000 along with a host of bonuses and benefits.Requirements Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience min 3 years in a children’s homeQCF Level 5 Leadership and ManagementStrong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguardingPositive personality who is child led in practice. #IND-CH-MNGR23
