The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in all aspects of family and children's law.Key Responsibilities Providing legal advice and representation in all aspects of family and children's lawManaging a caseload of complex and high-profile casesConducting advocacy in court and representing clients at hearings and trialsProviding support and guidance to colleagues and other professionalsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate Expertise in family and children's law, including experience in public or private lawExcellent advocacy skills and experience in representing clients at hearings and trialsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleaguesAbility to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure Rates and BenefitsThe rate is £45- £55 per hour depending on experience.
