Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, organise, and archive...I am on the lookout for a Private Client Legal Assistant to join my client's legal team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, organise, and archive legal files and supporting documents. - Manage the Fee Earner's diary, including booking client appointments and meetings. - Prepare client correspondence via audio typing, word processing, or digital dictation. - Manage incoming emails, post, photocopying, and other administrative tasks. - Witness will signings and other legal documents. - Prepare client bills and manage account ledgers. - Provide support to other assistants and the management team as needed.
