We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Service Facilitator , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £19.05 - £24.95 per hour Responsibilities : To efficiently and effectively offer Management and Leadership support to a Team of dynamic Housing Repairs Co-Ordinators. Provide full administrative duties and maintain accurate performance,contract management and budgetary monitoring systems as directed. To assist in and maintain records relating to the monitoring of performance across the service and produce collated and analysed reports accordingly. Act as a point of contact for a wide demographic including clients,stakeholders, colleagues, residents and partners. To set-up and maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of information for all areas of the service delivery and additional projects. Qualifications: Proven extensive experience of working in a senior administrative role in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Experience of Projects within the workplace, with an understanding of deliverables and timescales. Experience of managing a team, dealing with day to day queries from senior management, colleagues and residents in a helpful and courteous manner and ensuring that standards and performance targets are met.
