The company in question expects capable demonstrations of good planning application drawings, pre-app work as well as detailing packages. Although site experience won't be a prerequisite it would certainly help in the application process. Key Skills & Responsibilities At least 3 years of UK-based experience on commercial and mixed-useprojects. Strong technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of building regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is advantageous but not required. Capable of conducting surveys, initial appraisal schemes, concept layouts, and final planning layouts. Skilled in creating planning and Building Regulation drawings.Solid understanding of CDM Regulations.Ability to work precisely to meet deadlines, collaborating effectively with team members and external consultants. Knowledgeable about current Planning and Building regulations for package planning and submission creation. Experienced in preparing and managing tender packages.
