Job Description: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) at Craegmoor/Priory Group Ltd We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Craegmoor/Priory Group Ltd. This position will provide direct care to individuals with mental health issues, as well as provide leadership and support to other team members. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of patients mental health needs and develop individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, psychological interventions, and crisis management. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plan accordingly. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication Checking for infection, bedsores and wounds in the patient Educating and advising Caregivers in the household
