We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Service Organiser, on a 2- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.80 - £16.11 per Hour Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the ongoing development of a vacancy list for residential care, and Parent & Baby providers. Undertaking duty functions to coordinate placement searching with Commissioning officers. Chasing providers for Ofsted notifications/reg44/45 reports on a monthly basis. Update the spread sheet accordingly. Update Ofsted email list and update on mosaic . Develop knowledge and an understanding of how to arrange secure transport. Qualifications: Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection. Knowledge of Equity and Diversity. Experience of working in an area of Business administration Support or Commissioning/Education and/or Children's Social Care. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
