Our Client is a distinguished multi-disciplinary LLP / Law Firm offering comprehensive legal services and estate agency solutions. Their team of experienced solicitors provide high-quality service across a variety of legal issues. They are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Probate Solicitor Consultant (Fee Share only) with expertise in Wills, Probate, and Trust Law. This role involves drafting both simple and complex wills, managing straightforward and intricate probate matters, creating trusts, and providing tax advice. The ideal candidate will be very motivated and have excellent file management skills that adhere to SQM standards. The right candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with their own network/following and be able to bring in new business.
