The role will involve managing systems and processes, running projects, and nurturing our professional and loyal team.This is a defining career move for an ambitious financial planning operations professional. The position As a member of our senior leadership team, reporting to the Managing Directors, you will be responsible for: Overseeing all aspects of client service delivery, ensuring a seamless, bespoke experience to enhance efficiency and drive growth. Maintaining and optimising our best-practice processes and systems across paraplanning, finance, compliance, HR and IT. Building on our dedicated and client-centric culture with a focus on excellence and collaboration enabling everyone to do their very best work. Working closely with our Financial Planning, Technical and Administration teams. Ensuring that our processes are robust, efficient, compliant and reliable across the key business areas. Helping each team member develop. Essential skills and experience To be successful in this role you will: Be an experienced and knowledgeable, people-oriented leader. Have a minimum of 7 years experience gained within financial services. Have experience across the key aspects of our business - operations, compliance, finance, projects, marketing, HR and IT. Have a background in the development of processes and systems. Demonstrate the ability to provide our clients with a world class service. Be a natural leader and experienced in supporting a team and enabling them to grow. Be detail oriented and at the same time able to see the bigger picture. Be used to providing simple solutions that make everyones job easier, driving efficiency. Be a strong communicator and thrive working in a close-knit, collaborative team environment. Have the ability to challenge the status quo. Possess excellent IT skills and constantly seek to use technology to improve the client experience and operational efficiency. The Rewards In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive package including: Attractive salary of £55,000 to £65,000 based on experience. The potential to earn a bonus, based on performance. Monday to Thursday working in the heart of Glasgow with Fridays working remotely. Pension contributions, increasing with length of service.
