Job Title: Industrial Electrician Location: Sheffield Salary: GBP37,000 : GBP42,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full Time About us: Hale Engineering is a specialist in automating industries. With decades of experience in a range of industry sub:sectors, including automotive, production lines, gas and oil, boarding bridges, incineration, and temperature and humidity control, our team brings extensive expertise to every project. About the role: Hale Engineering and Consultancy Services is looking for new members to join this exciting company as we expand. We are seeking high:quality Industrial Electricians within the North (preferably Sheffield). Candidates must have 18th edition, inspection, and testing certifications, and be forward:thinking. Duties and Responsibilities: * Work on all sizes of projects nationwide. * Use of company van (driving license with no more than 6 points required). * Work primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend and out:of:hours work as required. * Work from schematic drawings, fault finding on previous installs, and install to a high standard. * Collaborate with a larger electrical team to meet installation targets and job completion dates. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of industrial electrical experience. * 18th edition certification. * PLC diagnosis experience (beneficial). * Experience in inspection and testing. * Driving license with no more than 6 points. * Proficiency in working with schematic drawings and fault finding. * Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens etc.). * Understanding of Instrumentation and control panels. Typical Works Include: * Site repair upgrade works including power and lighting. * Inspection and Testing. * PAT testing. * Control panel installations. * Breakdown support.
