Job Title: Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician Location: Warminster Salary: Up to A GBP 35,000.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience Job type: Full Time (permanent) : Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 : 5.30, no weekends unless required. Colliss Motors Ltd are a well:established (established 1978) family business with an excellent reputation for quality second hand vehicles. We offer a wide range of services including Used Vehicle Sales, MOT, Servicing, Finance, Part Exchange, Warranty and Delivery. Overseas candidates will NOT be considered for this role. We are not sponsoring Visas at this time, so please refrain from applying unless eligible to work in the UK The Role: We need a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team, you will be required to work on sales and customer vehicles. The Candidate: * Full Driving Licence is required.* Relevant qualifications are essential for this position with at least 2 years of experience in the motor trade. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities; * Servicing, repair and maintenance of cars and other vehicles* Attend disabled vehicles at the roadside or customer premises* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness* Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge and be prepared to attend training courses* Accurate completion of paperwork* Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds Technician or equivalent* Commercial workshop experience : minimum 2 years* Full driving license* Excellent communication skills* Right to work in the UK Benefits: * Company pension* Sick pay* 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)* Parking available onsite Who would suite this role? * Someone with a Pro:active approach to working, never walks away from a challenge* You will be a team player who can work alone but has a team mentality.* You are organised and are able to prioritise tasks to maximise your output.* You are confident and able to take charge of your role and the challenges it brings.
