The Role: * Are you passionate about psychology? * Do you want to work alongside colleagues who are setting up a new School of Psychology in Higher Education? UCB is opening a new Sixth Form in September 2024 and is looking for a knowledgeable and ambitious teacher to join us. Teaching within a university environment, our GBP5.5 million Sixth Form Centre will provide you with a truly unique opportunity to rethink education; to create a beautiful, knowledge:rich curriculum which transforms academic learning, and link with academics in our new HE School of Psychology. We are unashamedly ambitious and strive for the best academic outcomes for our students, alongside explicitly teaching character education, empowering students to live purposeful, flourishing lives. You are our greatest asset and we will fully support you to excel in your craft, including the opportunity to undertake a Masters qualification. We can support Early Career Teachers through the next steps of their professional development or help more experienced teachers develop their pedagogy and leadership skills. The role will be split across Sixth form and FE in the first year as we grow our A:level provision.
