If so, please keep reading We are currently seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant with extensive experience in supporting children with special needs for a part:time position at a school in Bradford. Key Responsibilities: * Demonstrated experience in educational settings with SEN pupils or equivalent transferable skills. * Exhibit traits of patience, passion, and professionalism. * Skillfully manage children with challenging behaviour. * Display confidence, punctuality, and eagerness. * Foster positive learning relationships with SEN pupils while effectively managing behaviour in both small group settings and one:on:one interactions. Requirements: * Proficiency in verbal and written communication. * Prior experience working with young individuals, ideally within a school environment. * Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided). * Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
