Key Responsibilities: * Assist primary:aged students with severe learning difficulties and complex autism in their daily activities and learning. * Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to implement Education Care Plans and behaviour management strategies. * Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each student. * Provide individualised and small group support, adapting to the unique needs of the students. * Work with school staff and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to the childs development and well:being. Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in SEN settings. * Experience working with primary:aged students with severe learning difficulties and complex autism. * Relevant qualifications or training in supporting students with special educational needs. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children with diverse needs.
