We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and contribute to the success and well:being of our students. Key Responsibilities * Support the classroom teacher in delivering high:quality education tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN. * Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities and programs. * Provide one:on:one support to students, ensuring their safety, engagement, and progress. * Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning. * Support students with personal care needs, if required. * Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. * Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs). * Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Requirements * Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable. * A relevant qualification in education or child care (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3) is preferred. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
