Job role: Parts Administrator Hours: Monday:FridayLocation: Bristol Money: GBP 25,000: GBP 27,000 Our client, a large generator supplier is looking to add a Parts Administrator to their team.Parts Administrator Responsibilities: : Manage inventory and parts invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficient supply chain management. : Source and order the correct parts in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant parties regarding lead times. : Track warranty claims and assist with quoting for parts, providing vital support for smooth operations. : Collaborate with engineers to identify required parts and update and maintain a log of equipment in engineer vehicles. : Raise purchase orders for materials and parts, contributing to streamlined processes and effective resource utilisation. : Handle client enquiries and manage a busy shared inbox, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
