* Competitive salary, 27 days holiday increasing with service up to 30 days (option to buy /sell), pension contributions up to 9%, healthcare cash plan for you and your children and an extensive flexible benefit program * Full time on site working * Marshall, an independent, family-owned British company, proudly helping our customers move forwards since 1909Marshall Land Systems require a new Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations Planning Department.The successful candidate will be expected to support, and where required, take the lead on projects with the following responsibilities;Your responsibilities in this role include: * Concurrent Engineering and input into Product Development * Supporting the bid, estimating and ongoing product cost development processes * Creation of Standard Routings, work instructions and BoM's from Engineering data * Setting of estimated Operation times * Creation of Shop Orders and Job Packs * Involvement in Design amendments and the further updates to manufacturing data and the rework of Parts * Reporting of Planning and Manufacturing progress * Liaising with Purchasing for outsource of work * Tooling/ Jig Design & Development * Support and pursue Continuous Improvement initiatives Apply if you have most of the following: * Experience within a Manufacturing or Production Environment * Experience with the use of MRP/ERP systems and proficient in the use of MS Office applications * Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and other related data * Apprenticeship, Professional Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.The benefits we will offer you include: * 27 days holiday increasing with service up to 30 days (option to buy /sell) * Pension contributions up to 9% * Medical cash plan * Extensive flexible benefit program including Cycle to Work * Life assurance at 4x basic salary * Enhanced parental leave and pay * Paid volunteering leave * Access to industry leading wellbeing resources and tools#LI-DS1#LI-HybridIND01
