Together with your colleagues in our Food & Agribusiness team, you will help our clients communicate their sustainability credentials and achievements.Supporting business leaders as they drive change and positive climate impact initiatives will beyour mission.Key Responsibilities:• Take a lead role in engaging with company clients in assessing their current practices andidentify opportunities for sustainability improvements.• Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies and action plans includingbaseline assessments and roadmap development.• Provide leadership, guidance and support to clients in implementing sustainable practices.• Advise clients on carbon accounting and GHG emission measurement (Scope 1,2 and 3)• Work with organisations to prepare for Green Claims reviews and CSRD preparedness.• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into our advisory services.• Advise at board level delivering insights sessions and sustainability training.• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.• Be a key person of influence and change agent for business leaders driving sustainability initiatives.About Rewards:We believe in recognising and appreciating the contributions of our team members through acomprehensive rewards package.What We Offer:Our new Director of Sustainability will enjoy:• A market leading salary.• Performance-related bonus.• Generous employer pension contribution.• Paid professional subscriptions.• Flexible remote work opportunities.• An opportunity to drive meaningful change.The successful candidate:• Will be an experienced leader, with a proven track record of working in sustainability.• Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Has a passion for sustainability.• Experienced in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.• An excellent communicator and collaborator.• Committed to driving meaningful change in organisations that are pursuing sustainable business practices.• A great team player with leadership capabilities.• Intelligent and energetic with the highest standard of integrity.You Will Hold:• Relevant educational qualifications and experience in sustainability, environmentalscience, or related fields.• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
