Quality Technician/ Quality Engineer£30,000-£40,000OldhamMy Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer/ Quality Technician to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.The Successful Quality Controller will have the following attributes:Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environmentExperience using Excel to display data can formulate trend graphs ectExperience with ISO auditing ideally ISO 9001Good understanding of lean manufacturing techniquesKnowledge of quality problem solving toolsAbility to read engineering drawings Ability to use handheld measuring tools such as verniers and micrometers Experience inspecting machined partsExperience inspecting inward goodsAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsExperienced Processing auditsIT LiterateExperienced in dealing with customers Quality Controller the role:Perform first off inspectionsConduct internal audits and assist with processing external auditsIdentify issues and come up with solutions using quality problem tools such as 8D, 5WHYWrite up inspection and Non-Conformance reportsControl all quality documentationTake the lead in any ISO auditing reaccreditationLiaise with customers and investigate any issues / complaints Please contact XXXX@winsearch.uk for more information.Winsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
