ServiceNow Specialist responsibilities As part of the implementation project team, build and deliver solutionsCompletion of enhancement/new functionality requestsBuild Service Catalog items & workflowsAs requested, lead aspects e.g. demos/training/solutions of the overall development to deliver successful outcomes for the customer.Assist ServiceNow admin support if requiredCoach/mentor more junior colleaguesProduce high quality documentation ServiceNow Specialist skills & experienceEssential; Active Security Clearance at SC/DV level, and able to attain DV level clearance.Experience of maintaining and developing ServiceNow ITSMServiceNow development experience Business Rules/Client Scripts/Workflows/Form Design/UI Actions/Service Portal etc.Scripting experienceStrong knowledge of ITILFamiliar with Agile/WaterfallExcellent written & verbal communication skills Desirable; ServiceNow certificationExperience of other ServiceNow modules/applications CSM/HRSD/FSM.ServiceNow integration experienceVirtual Agent development The ServiceNow Specialist will be rewarded with an exciting role with a global lead in the IT Services space, along with excellent career advancement opportunities including access to a large library of training courses & accreditations to support personal and technical development.
