The roleAs a Marine Geophysics Workforce Director, you develop and lead the program to expand and improve the workforce utilization and expertise levels to meet the demands of a rapidly growing market and adapt to changing operational models.You create and deploy an internationally mobile field pool of personnel and significantly grow the overall head count in operational roles. The position is a fixed term role of 18 months to 2 years with the potential to extend further or merge into another role. Who we’re looking for:We’re looking for an individual with a BSC or MSC in a relevant discipline. The individual will have previous management experience and know how drive organisation and cultural change to facilitate development. The individual must have a strong business-acumen, are client-oriented and actively focused on achieving sustainable results with a passion for success.
