Engineering Manager / React / .NET / C# Fantastic opportunity to lead both a front end and back-end team who are designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software products. This role involves both managerial and technical oversight, but will be more focused on management, circa 80/20 split. Responsibilities will include: Line management and career development for a team of 10Timely and quality delivery of technical projects and product featuresImplementation engineering best practicesCollaborating closely with Product Management and Architecture to ensure that the vision for our product is understoodCollaborate closely with the Delivery Team, Head of Engineering and HR to ensure that the vision for our product is understood, timelines are adhered to and culture ambitions are achievedFoster a positive and collaborative team culture. Essential skills include: Minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a tech leadership or managerial roleProven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.Proficiency in React, .NET, C#Strong understanding of software development methodologies Agile, Scrum, etc..Experience with version control systems e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools e.g., Jira.
