Litigation LawyerService Care Legal are currently working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is in need of Litigation Lawyers to join their team and handle either/both Criminal non-school attendance and Civil Litigation matters.Litigation LawyerService Care Legal are currently working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Oxfordshire, which is in need of Litigation Lawyers to join their team and handle either/both Criminal non-school attendance and Civil Litigation matters.Job Title: Litigation LawyerLocation: Oxfordshire – hybrid Rate: £45 to £50ph, full or part-time hours Contract length: 3 months ongoingResponsibilities Handle a mixed caseload of either Criminal or Civil Litigation matters. If you can handle both then even betterThere will be a particular focus on handling non-school attendance mattersAttend the office Oxford City on a regular basis and attend own hearings as and when necessary.
