The role: You will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in a child’s life. You will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers.You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.Required:The company are happy to look at all experience levels and do offer continued training as well as clear career progression.
