Please find below further details regarding this position.ROLE: Senior Housing LawyerLOCATION: LondonRATE: £50.00 to £55.00 per hourCONTRACT: 3 months ongoingPlease note that this position would require office attendance 3 days per week.The Role of the Senior Housing Lawyer To mange and progress a caseload of Housing Litigation matters through to completionMatters will include homelessness & allocations, possession proceedings all grounds, unauthorised occupier possession proceedings and injunctionsTo support, supervise and manage more junior legal staff members The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQEHousing Law working experience within a local authority would be essential for this positionExperience in supervising of junior staff members would be desirable If this Senior Housing Lawyer role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please contact Lloyd Stanley on 01772 XXXXXX , or email XXXX@servicecare.org.uk.
