Membership Manager – London – up to £75,000 Membership ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: Up to £75,000 COREcruitment is working with a brand that is a renowned collection of exclusive restaurants, private members' clubs, and hotels. Our establishments are known for their exceptional service, luxurious ambiance, and exclusive clientele.The Membership Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership at the brands prestigious private members' clubs. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused professional who can drive membership sales, manage member relations, and ensure an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or luxury service environments, with excellent communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Membership Sales and Recruitment:Develop and implement effective membership recruitment strategies to attract new members.Conduct tours and presentations to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and exclusivity of the club.Handle membership inquiries and provide detailed information on membership options, benefits, and pricing.Member Relations and Retention:Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.Address and resolve any member issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Organize and host member events and activities to enhance the member experience and foster community.Administration and Management:Oversee the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.Prepare regular reports on membership statistics, trends, and feedback for senior management.Marketing and Communications:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute membership marketing campaigns.Create and distribute member newsletters, event invitations, and other communications.Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with members and promote club activities.Financial Management:Manage the membership budget and ensure financial targets are met.Monitor membership fees, payments, and renewals, ensuring timely collection and follow-up on outstanding dues.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please send your CV to sophie@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.We currently have over 1350 live roles across the UK, Middle East, Europe, Africa, North & Central America and South East Asia.
