From drafting contracts to advising on disciplinary issues, training and development, dismissals and much more, we make sure that our clients are able to properly manage their employees to improve recruitment and retention, reduce risks and costs and focus on building their businesses. • Through a combination of on-the-job learning, in-house training and external professional development courses we will provide the support needed to qualify as one of our Employment Law and HR Consultants over a 12-18 month period see training programme outlined later.
