As a Guest Experience Host, you will have the opportunity to ignite curiosity, immerse senses, and elevate perspectives by providing exceptional service and showcasing the iconic Battersea Power Station and its breath taking 360-degree views of London's skyline. Responsibilities: Welcome and Engage Guests: Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere. Provide information about the Lift 109 experience, including the interactive exhibition and the exhilarating elevator ride up the chimney. Engage guests in conversation, building rapport, and creating a welcoming environment. Ensure Memorable Experiences: Assist guests with the attraction features, including interactive exhibits and media spaces. Share the rich industrial history of Battersea Power Station, its architectural significance, and its cultural impact. Make personalized recommendations for bars, restaurants, and other amenities within the complex to enhance guests' visits. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the highest standards of guest service. Address guests' inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously. Stay calm and assured even when under pressure, ensuring guests feel well attended to and valued. Maintain Attraction Presentation: Ensure that all public areas are well stocked with displays and point of sale materials. Keep the attraction clean and tidy throughout the day, maintaining a visually appealing environment for guests. Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the operating plan to ensure smooth operations. Cash Handling and Transaction Monitoring: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures. Monitor guest flow during transactions, ensuring a seamless and expedited process. Issue receipts for each customer and process voucher transactions correctly. Requirements: Part-time or Full-time availability, including weekends and flexible scheduling. Strong passion for providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with guests. Confidence in working with alcohol and serving guests in group settings. Previous experience in operational team roles is preferred. Enthusiasm for history and a genuine desire to share the story of Battersea Power Station. Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and assured. Compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies within the workplace. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
