HR Generalist Northwich / Hybrid Min 3 days office based 3:6 Month contract term / Mon : Friday office hours Salary: Upt GBP28 per hour You will collaborate with the Senior Management team to implement people:focused solutions that support business strategy and foster positive people management. Your role includes attracting, developing, and retaining talent. You will work across various HR areas, including talent development, employee relations, succession planning, and performance management, while partnering with local, regional, and global HR teams to drive initiatives and coach leaders. Key Responsibilities: * Provide HR support to the management team, act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor on people issues. * Support the business agenda, challenge constructively, and develop solutions * Work with excellence and specialist teams to deliver on peoples priorities. * Help Management Team achieve profit margin and growth targets, demonstrating a commercial approach and financial awareness. * Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to guide strategic direction, identify risks, and implement solutions. * Drive positive outcomes in retention, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent development. * Collaborate with Talent and OD, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HR systems to implement global, regional, or market initiatives. * Ensure effective workforce planning and address talent, diversity, skills, and capability gaps. * Advise managers on complex employee relations cases and manage Employment Tribunals. * Lead HR projects, including transformation, trade union negotiations, and integration activities. * Manage employee engagement and performance management activities and ensure compliance with company standards. * Stay updated on market trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of optimal outcomes. * Talent Development: Lead succession planning, career progression, and internal talent development. * Reward and Recognition: Implement performance:linked reward and recognition schemes. * M and A Activity: Manage M and A activities, including bid phase, mobilisation, integration, transformation, and culture change. * Trade Union Negotiations: Handle complex trade union negotiations effectively. Qualifications and Skills: * HR Experience: in a commercial, fast:paced, multi:site environment. * Ability to work with central functions and delivery partners to influence outcomes in a matrix organization. * Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to support strategic goals. * Experience in aligning the peoples agenda with business objectives. * Provide pragmatic and commercial solutions to business problems. * Ability to work over a wide geographical area and manage multi:site/mobile responsibilities. * Handle ambiguity and changing demands effectively. Desirable: * CIPD Qualification: or equivalent experience. * Line Management Experience * Experience working in complex matrix organizations to influence positive change.
