Job Title Head of Sales : Events Salary: A GBP 60,000 + Bonus Location: London My client is a fantastic Events business who deliver incredible experiences for their guests. We are on the hunt for a fantastic Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background of working in unique venues or high:end catering, with a real passion for developing teams. Key Responsibilities: * Accountability for sales performance across all teams and venues* Nurture and develop current existing client base, whilst proactively targeting new clients* Recruit, train and develop the sales team* Maximising profit from sales* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business* Analysing data to create a pricing strategy* Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets* Create and implement a sales and marketing strategy* Ensure the team are following all sales processes to drive efficiency and sales Skills and Experience: * A proven track record leading sales teams from an events or hospitality background* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills* Strong negotiation skills* Results driven* Strong organisational skills and detail orientated* Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team* Excellent industry knowledge* A strong work ethic.
