Salary range: GBP35,200 : GBP37,000 Nonstop Care is working with an independent fostering agency who is looking for a skilled supervising social worker to join them on a permanent basis. The area you will be covering is within Nottinghamshire. Benefits: * Outstanding Ofsted * Therapeutic approach:they make sure to take into account the individual needs of each child to create the best possible outcome for them * Supportive management:they provide training related to their therapeutic approach * Home Based:only monthly travel to the office allowing for more work life balance * Career progression * Includes mileage:45p/mile * Manageable caseload:capped at 10 Responsibilities: * Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible * Manage a caseload of foster carers around Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas * Provide care assessments and reports and present these to panels Requirements: * Registration with Social work England (SWE) * Driving License * Minimum of 2.5 years of fostering experience * Any experience working with children with disabilities is a plus This role will fill up quickly so dont delay your application How : If this role sounds like something you would be interested in, Apply, ideally in Word format, via this site.
