Care Home Nurse Night Shifts As a Care Home Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high:quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary responsibility is the well:being and health of the elderly or individuals with various medical conditions in our care home. Skills and Experience: * Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and wound care.* Effective communication and empathy with residents, families, and the care team.* Strong organisational and time:management skills.* Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in caring for older adults.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
