If you have production experience this is beneficial and if you have an interest or working expertise in laminating or trimming then this is a great opportunity. Our client has recently gone through an expansion and upgrade of their facilities making for a better and more productive working environment Job Duties: * Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products * Checking information on drawings is clear * Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency * Keep all equipment maintained * Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy * Mould preparation * Use of hand and power tools Person Specification: * Driving licence and own transport is essential due to the rural location. * Previous production experience is beneficial but full training will be given or the right person * Knowledge of Health and Safety * Time management skills : organise work and meet deadlines * Able to work with little supervision following initial training and induction Benefits: * Free onsite Parking * Kitchen / hot and cold refreshment making facilities. * Pension (with generous employee contribution) * Overtime opportunities * Once taken on as a permanent employee for 6 months there is the opportunity to the companies share scheme where employees can receive yearly bonuses depending on company performance.
