OCDEA Qualified SAP Assessor : Remote CTJ67 Salary : GBP32,000 : GBP40,000 Permanent If you are a qualified On:Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful Energy consultancy that is recruiting an Energy Assessor who can hit the ground running from a remote position The Ideal SAP Assessor will: * Have at least one year of experience within a similar role * Have an eye for detail * Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff * Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies * Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations Job responsibilities: * Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance withPart L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner. * Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensurethat planning requirements are met. * Active engagement with the client and design team to ensure that sustainability requirements aretaken into consideration and achieved over the lifecycle of the development. * Utilization of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high qualityadvice and assessments What our client can offer you: * Progression to a senior role as you grow with the business * Staff Bonus * Pension * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Remote working * Equipment to work from home (Laptop/PC) In order to discuss this role and other positions within the energy and Sustainability sectors please call Callum on or to
