JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Discharge Planning / Rehab Physiotherapist Assistant for a locum position with our client in Essex. The pay for this position is GBP21: GBP24 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. Required to work 33 hours a week, so 4:5 days between Mon:Fri 9:5. Working on a single ward 19:20 bedded inpatient rehabilitation unit. To complete initial assessments and devise appropriate therapy and discharge plans for patients presenting with a wide variety of conditions. Mainly 65 years and older. To work alongside OT and therapy assistants to meet the therapy needs of the patients. To attend daily ward rounds and weekly mdts. It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1:year post:graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.
