Teaching Assistant : Full Time : Brent : September Start Are you an empathetic individual with a passion for guiding young minds? Do you have the patience and understanding needed to work with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)? We have a wonderful opportunity for you to become a full:time Teaching Assistant (TA) at a flourishing Special Educational Needs (SEN) primary school in the beautiful borough of Brent. Our client, a highly:regarded primary SEN school, is seeking a committed TA to support and motivate students with PMLD. These students may have complex learning needs, and your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their educational journey within a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Include: 1 Assisting PMLD students, ensuring they are able to engage with the curriculum in a meaningful way. 2 Providing emotional support and implementing effective behaviour management strategies. 3 Adapting learning materials to meet each students unique needs. 4 Collaborating closely with teachers and SENCO to monitor and evaluate students progress. 5 Encouraging students independence and self:confidence, while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
