C and C Search is currently recruiting a PA to support the Senior Leadership Team of an innovative and engaging start:up technology firm Based in the city of London, this role is fully office based and working with a fantastic team. All about the role and company I would be working for Position: PA / Personal Assistant Salary: GBP45,000 : GBP55,000 Hybrid set up: Fully office based Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 25 days holidays, private healthcare, pension scheme, life assurance and more What they do: Start:up technology company Size of company: Small/medium sized firm Company culture and what makes them great to work for: Brilliant career progression supporting at C:Suite level, opportunity to be highly involved in the business, go beyond the traditional remit of a PA, work on exciting projects and alongside a fantastic team Key responsibilities for this PA / Personal Assistant position: * Diary management and scheduling meetings across timezones * Travel coordination and processing expenses * Supporting on project work * Ad hoc tasks and team support to a small/medium sized office What background and experience are the company looking for? * Must have previous experience working for a start:up, scale up and/or a small:to:medium sized company ideally within a similar industry * Need to be comfortable working in a fast:paced, ever:changing environment and be a strong, clear communicator * Previous experience supporting at C:Suite level is highly desired but not essential Who is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?
