Project Manager ITPM Job Description: • 5-10 yeas of demonstrable experience in an end-to-end IT project management role and able to evidence successful delivery of multiple projects / initiatives • Create project and milestone plan, Work Breakdown Structure and track delivery according to plan. • Engage and align delivery with upstream and downstream partner systems as necessary for the success of the project. • Identify and report project risks and plan to keep/bring project on track. • Build and strengthen strong relationship with key stakeholders viz. Change Control Board, Release Manager, Delivery teams, partner systems, regional business operations, necessary for the success of the project • Proven track record of IT delivery using Agile and /or DevOps methodology within a Digital environment and / or banking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using key tools including Clarity, JIRA and Confluence. • Experience of delivery on a global scale (i.e. across time zones & geography and with remote teams) • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines • Project Management / Agile Management accreditation (desirable) • Unlikely to be managing pods, more of program coordination • Managing people to delivery, test, implement on time • (preferable) Domain knowledge: Banking knowledge, Sub value streams these PMs work with are – liquidity, pricing & billing, client servicing, commercial cards, data. Any of this domain knowledge will be useful • Domestic payments, cross border payments
