DHL Aviation are currently recruiting for a Service Quality Data Analyst Apprentice to join our Service Quality department at our site at East Midlands Airport, on a fixed term contract for the duration of the Apprenticeship. Service Quality is a department that tracks the performance of operations at EMA. We report and analyse data and processes to assist our colleagues throughout the Hub to ensure we provide the best experience for our customers. Training you will undertake includes: * End-Point Assessment (EPA): Scenario Demonstrations with questioning, Professional Discussion * Delivery Method: Online portfolio to update with learning and development, diarised virtual appointments with a dedicated Learning Coach, attendance to training sessions, workshops, masterclasses (online) * Additional training to take place to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in accordance with this Apprenticeship standard Qualifications that you'll gain: * Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship standard Additional information: * Flexibility with working hours may be required. We operate 24/7 and you may occasionally be asked to work outside of your normal working pattern * Please ensure you can travel to the location comfortably before applying.
