As the Engineering Team Leader, you will leverage your hands-on electrical and mechanical engineering experience to lead a team of talented engineers. Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems within the manufacturing plant.Ensure all engineering activities comply with health and safety regulations.Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain continuous production.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, driving initiatives for improvement.Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to keep our engineering practices cutting-edge. Requirements:Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering within the manufacturing, food, or FMCG industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in an engineering context.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications.
