We are currently looking for a Senior Social Worker to join an Adult's Complex Care Team.We are currently looking for a Senior Social Worker to join an Adult’s Complex Care Team.This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About the teamThe team deals with vulnerable adults in the community with complex care needs to help preserve their independence and wellbeing. The team works with a strength-based approach to ensure each care package is tailored to each individuals needs. Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA’s are all key responsibilities. About youThe successful candidate will be well versed in community/ neighbourhood work and have experience in a team that deals with safeguarding or long term adult’s caseholding. A degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years experience working in an Adult's setting are essential for this position.
