The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support for children in a residential setting. The role requires a compassionate and patient individual who can provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in their care.Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in the residential settingProvide emotional support to children in the residential settingDevelop and maintain positive relationships with children in the residential settingWork collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the residential settingAdminister medication and provide basic first aid when necessary Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience working in a children's residential settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsValid DBS clearance Salary The salary for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
