Director of Quality and ComplianceLocation: London Salary: £100,000We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Quality and Compliance to join a Luxury Care Provider.Main ResponsibilitiesManage a comprehensive portfolio within the social care sector, ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and other regulatory frameworksProactively identify areas of non-compliance and develop timely action plansDevelop and embed the quality and compliance strategy across the organizationLead the development of quality governance, assurance, and reporting mechanismsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with external agencies and stakeholdersTarget growth by expanding current markets and developing new servicesEnsure proper notification and management of serious incidentsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety LegislationDevelop and implement health and safety policies and proceduresEnsure staffing levels and skill mix meet care standardsWork with HR and L&D teams to meet training needs in line with CQC guidelinesExperience: Preferably educated to degree-level or equivalent in a relevant disciplineSound understanding of quality standards that underpin safe, effective, and person-centred careStrong leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholdersExtensive knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory frameworksAbility to travel extensively throughout a wide geographical locationTo apply please send your CV to XXXX@corecruitment.com
