This school really take pride in supporting the staff to get a work life balance and for them to achieve their own individual goals.Class Teacher KS2 will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop good relationships with staff and pupils and to create fun and exciting lessons plan in order for pupils to learn. As a class teacher KS2 you will need to have a deep understanding of assessments and raising standards.
